• All Reservations are prepaid at time of confirmation. We adhere strictly to our 14-day cancellation policy
• No refunds for cancellations within the 2 weeks. No refunds for early departure for any reason.
• If you have to cancel, the expense for accounting and secretarial work will be subtracted from your refund.
• Our rates may differ in some publications which have been reprinted without updating. All discounts and commissions are figured using highest rates.
• We also reserve the right to change your room in order to accommodate a full house or long term reservations.

When receiving your credit number or issuing a check, we take your room off the market. They are rented on a first come and length of stay basis, and all are different in size and decor. All have the same amenities.
